Meet Liz
As a keen sportswoman, Liz first discovered the benefits of sports massage after completing her first half-Ironman distance triathlon. The positive effects she experienced from this massage led her subsequently to changing her career from language teacher to massage therapist.
Liz qualified with a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Professional Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy at the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM) – a highly regarded school for Sport and Remedial Massage.
Currently Liz continues to participate in triathlon and is training for another long distance event as well as running a marathon next spring.
